It is a condition in which there are frequent loose stools, may be watery in nature accompanied by spasms in abdomen. Diarrhea can be accompanied by symptoms like vomiting, fever, thirst, nausea, dehydration and stomachache. Intakes of medicines that are available over the counter have lots many side effects and are not healthy for body. Hence one should find certain methods that are effective still free from side effects to get rid of this diarrhea problem.

  • Add half tsp of lemon juice, half tsp of ginger juice and one forth tsp of pepper powder and drink this mixture twice in a day.
  • In boiling water add one tabelspoon of ginger juice and drink this after every one-hour.
  • To get instant relief from diarrhea eat one banana with curd. This is one of the very effective home remedies for diarrhea.
  • Take mango juice with curd and one tsp of ginger to cure loose motions.
  • Take mango nut powder with water.
  • Boil water and keep it for cooling. Add 3 tsp of black pepper and one and half tsp of kelp to 2 cup of water. Drink this after a gap of every two to three hours.
  • Add one tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it after every meal.
  • Make a paste of lemon and add salt to it. Take 1 tsp of this paste at least three times in a day.
  • Drink lots of water as your body gets dehydrated during diarrhea.
  • Make a powder with equal amount of fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds and add it to 4 tsp of yogurt. Having this mixture three times a day will be very effective remedy over diarrhea.
  • Taking honey with water will also help you in diarrhea.
  • Fennel and white cumin seeds roasted together will also be effective if taken three grams after every three hours.
  • Mix six grams of cumin powder to twelve grams of fennel powder and add twelve grams of sugar to this mixture. Eat one gram of this mixture early in the morning as well as late in the evening. Continue this way for about half a month to get better digestive system.
  • To increase the digestive power of the body, take roasted cumin powder with curd after every meal.
  • Add roasted cumin seeds and half gram of black salt to 200 grams of buttermilk and drink it.
  • In 125 grams of curd add Spiegel seeds and eat it two times in a day.
  • Boil the milk and remove the skin of it. Then add hot chocolate to this milk and drink it.
  • Taking ginger juice at least two times a day will also help in diarrhea.
  • Drinking rice water and coconut water will help to feel better during diarrhea.
  • Drinking blackberry tea will also give you soothing effect.
  • Have ginger tea if you are experiencing stomach pains.
  • Drinking carrot juice will make the stools less watery.
