Home Remedies For Indigestion

One of the very important things for all of us to survive is food. Whatever food we eat that gives us the energy to do our daily work. If whatever we eat gets digested, we live a normal life but when the food doesn't get digested properly then it can lead to various troubles. This condition is known as indigestion. Many people have indigestion problems. Diarrhea, stomach cramps, stomachaches and constipation are some of the problems that the person have to face due to indigestion.

Home Remedies For Indigestion:

•  To cure indigestion and stomach pain, you can have the mixture of one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of curry leaf juice and a pinch of sugar.

•  Add lemon juice drops in one glass of warm water and drink it three to four times in a day. This will definitely work in indigestion and tiredness.

•  Add one tablespoon of cumin seeds and one tablespoon of coriander leaf juice to one glass of water. Add pinch of slat into this and shake it well. Drink this water for getting instant relief from indigestion. This is one of the very effective home remedies for indigestion .

•  Take one tablespoon of garlic oil and mix Soya oil into it. Rub this oil mixture over the abdomen till the time oil completely gets absorbed in the body. This will give fast relief from indigestion.

•  Drink herbal tea that contains herbs like mint and blackberry.

•  Drinking ginger tea after lunch will also help in digestion. This will prevent indigestion too.

•  Add one tablespoon of baking soda in half glass of water and drink this whenever you are getting stomachaches due to indigestion.

•  If you have indigestion and are irritated with gas trouble then make a mixture using two teaspoon of coriander, one teaspoon of ginger, three seeds of cardamom and three cloves. Eating this mixture will give fast relief form gas troubles. This is also one of the very effective home remedies for indigestion .

•  Take one glass of water and add two to three drops of cinnamon in it. Drink this water after lunch and dinner. This solution is very effective in preventing indigestion.

•  Avoid eating junk food, as it is the number one cause of getting indigestion.

•  Involve yourself in certain physical activities. Even walking for about 45 minutes in a day will be good to get a better digestion.

•  To treat indigestion, you can also drink glass of buttermilk with adding three drops of fresh coriander juice in it.

•  Having three to four seeds of Aniseed are also effective cure for indigestion.

•  You can also take mint tablets with water to get fast relief form indigestion. This remedy is good in case you are traveling from one place to other.

•  Drink half glass of water by adding two to three drops of apple cider vinegar in it. Take this before on hour of your lunchtime. This drink will make the digestion proper.

•  Add small amount of rock slat into one tablespoon of ajwain and eat it every time you get indigestion.
