  • Eat only papaya without fail for three months as your dinner. This will also make you loose lot of body fat.
  • After getting up, before eating anything, drink one warm glass of water with lemon juice and little honey added into it. This is also one of the mostly suggested home remedies for obesity .
  • Make a paste with half-teaspoon honey and half teaspoon basil leaves. Put this paste in one glass of luke warm water and drink it. This helps to control the obesity.
  • Taking ginger paste mixed with honey will also act as a obesity control mixture.
  • Eat tomatoes first thing in the morning; it will help to control the body cholesterol levels.
  • In a glass of water, soak two tablespoon of horse gram and keep it overnight. Next day early in the morning drink this water on an empty stomach. Doing this without fail, will show positive results very soon.

  • Soak the leaves of jujube in the water and keep this solution overnight. Next day start your day with this water and find the difference within few days.
  • Take two tomatoes for your breakfast and continue doing this for about two to three months. This will help you reduce your weight instantly.
  • Cabbage is also believed to be a very good vegetable for those who are overweight. Take cabbage salads as your meals and stay fit and slim.
  • Include lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet. Having salads and soups will be very healthy too. Use oil for cooking rather than using butter. Avoid eating salty and fried food. Have skim or low fat milk instead of the regular milk.
  • Avoid all types of milk products, as they are high in calories. Avoid rice and potatoes instead go for whole wheat.
